General Agenda

All participants of the meeting will be given the opportunity to share their ideas, speak out during the meeting, and initiate discussions.

A round table on AI in peer review

We also plan a separate discussion as a round table with participation of experts from academia and industry. The theme of the round table is: "Applications of AI in peer review: experience exchange and next steps for Journal of Mathematical Sciences and Springer Nature". This includes, but not limited to: AI tools already used massively by Springer Nature; other AI related technologies piloted by Springer Nature and others. We assume short communications and presentations on the above mentioned topics. The presentations will be followed by the open discussion on how the use of AI tools can help Editors-in-Chief, Handling Editors, Editorial Board members, and reviewers. We also plan to outline and discuss the prospects for further joint collaboration, including that which may lead to practical or theoretical results.
