International scientific workshop OTHA Fall 2023 will be held on 17-21 December 2023 in Sirius (Sochi).
The conference program includes a number of invited talks. Participation is free to everyone, however talks are only by invitation. Questions may be addressed to Email: otha.conference@gmail.com .

As a satellite session, one more extra day of the workshop will be held at the Southern Federal University on December 22, 10:00-20:00 in the administrative main building of the Southern Federal University.
